I would like to thank Kunaal and the entire team of Marcopolo Holidays who helped me with my Spain trip in Aug 2019. Kunaal has always taken care of my summer trips and even those of my extended family. I am really happy with Marcopolo Holidays. Our Spain trip was well arranged from the time we departed till we arrived back in Dubai. Let me start from when we arrived in Madrid. The driver who picked us up was very professional and well-dressed. I am very sensitive with cars and Kunaal knows this well. The car was very clean and had a brand new showroom smell. All 4 hotels (Madrid, Seville, Valencia, and Barcelona) were very clean and had a lavish breakfast spread with very welcoming rooms. In one of our hotels, they even kept toys for my kids. The location of the recommended hotels was also very good being close to all meeting points of public transports. In Seville, we had group tours on all 3 days. Day 1. City tour. Day 2. Trip to Cordoba and Day 3. Trip to Granada. Starting from the morning pick up till we reached back to the hotel at night, everything was very professionally run. Reasons: All tour guides were very experienced and well-spoken/polite, the bus was very comfortable and very kid-friendly. One last point is that the way Kunaal arranged the whole trip was very professionally done. He made sure we didn't waste any time, from the time we landed. For example, when we reached Seville it was in the afternoon in the next 2 hours he booked us for flamenco dance. Kunaal and his team have been very supportive as they have a deeply rich experience on worldwide holiday destinations. Kunaal is very personal and has very good experience, and the suggestions he offers stand very handy and useful before one visits the place, he is well aware of the destination & local requirements. Kunaal is always available on WhatsApp, phone & emails during the entire duration of the trip, end to end, ready to offer help, support and directions. I personally trust Kunaal and his team in view of all the services delivered by them to date.
