4
How long is the UK visa valid for travel?
You may apply for a visitor visa valid for:
6 months
2 years
5 years
10 years
Longer-term visas require a strong travel history and justification for repeated visits.
5
Do I need to enter the UK within a set time after visa issuance?
No. You may enter anytime during your visa's validity.
6
When will I know if my visa has been approved?
You’ll be informed only upon receiving your passport from the Visa Application Center. The UK Home Office does not issue pre-approval notifications.
7
Can I keep my passport during the visa process?
Yes. After biometrics, you may opt for the “Keep My Passport” service by paying an additional fee.
8
Do I need to pay anything at the visa application center?
Visa fees are paid by us on your behalf, in advance. You may opt for optional services such as priority processing, passport courier, passport pass back services and pay for these directly at the application center.
9
What countries can I enter using a UK Visa?
UK Visa allows up to visit multiple countries including Albania, Georgia, Ireland and Turkey (e-Visa). Some countries require that your UK multiple-entry visa has already been used at least once (entered the UK) before travel. Contact us for more information
10
What is the cost of your visa service?
Fees depend on visa duration and number of applicants. Contact us for a customized quote.
11
Do longer-term visas cost more?
Yes. UK Government fees increase with visa duration. You'll also need to justify your reason for requesting a multi-year visa.
12
Are fees refundable if the visa is refused?
No. All visa and service fees are non-refundable, even in case of refusal.
13
Is urgent or priority processing available?
Yes. Priority processing can be requested at the time of submission (subject to availability). This shortens processing time but does not guarantee approval.
14
Can I pay extra for an earlier appointment or premium lounge?
Yes. Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots are available at additional cost but do not influence your application's outcome or speed of decision.
15
When is the earliest I can apply for a UK Visa?
You can start applying for a UK Visa 3 months prior to your intended travel.
16
How soon will you submit my visa application?
Within 3 working days after receiving complete and accurate documents.
17
How long does it take to get a decision?
Standard processing: 3 weeks from the date of biometrics.
Delays may occur during peak travel periods. Early application is strongly recommended.
18
My previous application was rejected. Can you help?
Yes. We’ll assess your prior refusal reasons and guide you on whether reapplication is advisable. You’ll also receive help drafting explanations if needed.
19
I was refused by another country. Will this affect my UK visa?
Possibly. Please speak with our consultants so we can assess the impact based on your specific circumstances.
20
What are common reasons for UK visa refusal?
Incomplete or inconsistent financial documentation
Low or unexplained bank balances
Missing or contradictory information
Weak family or economic ties to the UAE
Travel history not matching declared intent
Sudden large bank deposits without source explanation
Misrepresentation or incomplete forms
21
What documents are required to apply?
Document requirements vary depending on your employment status, travel history, and reason for visit. Our consultants will provide a personalized checklist.
22
What is the minimum passport validity required?
At least 6 months from your intended travel date to the UK.
23

Yes. You must have a UAE residence visa valid for a minimum of 180 days (about 6 months) from the requested visa issue date / planned entry date into the UK.

25
Do I need to purchase travel insurance?
Not currently required for UK visa applications.
26
Does an invitation letter from a UK resident guarantee approval?
No. The UKVI focuses on your financial situation, travel history, and ties to the UAE. Invitation letters support but do not substitute for strong personal circumstances.
27
What should I carry to my appointment?

28
Can you schedule my appointment while I gather documents?
Yes. But final documents must be shared with us at least 2 business days prior to your appointment to avoid additional upload charges.

30

32
How long should funds be held in the bank?
