Jordan’s climate varies by region. Spring (Mar–May) is mild at 15°C–25°C, and autumn (Sep–Nov) is pleasant at 18°C–28°C. Summer (Jun–Aug) is hot and dry, reaching 28°C–38°C, while winter (Dec–Feb) is cool at 5°C–15°C in cities and colder in the mountains. Wadi Rum and Petra can be very hot in summer and chilly at night in winter.
