• If arriving early, explore Hanoi’s colourful Old Quarter or visit the Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum independently.

Day 02: HA LONG BAY

• Depart Hanoi and travel approximately 3.5 hours to UNESCO World Heritage-listed Ha Long Bay.

• Cruise among scattered islands and towering limestone karsts while enjoying an included seafood lunch onboard.

• Depending on the route, you may visit a cave or fishing village and have opportunities to swim or relax on the beach.

Day 04: HANOI, DA NANG, HOI AN

• Take an included domestic flight south to Da Nang, then continue by road to Hoi An.

Day 05: HOI AN

• Set out on an included walking tour through UNESCO World Heritage-listed Hoi An Old Town.

• Visit a local museum while learning about Hoi An’s history as an important international trading port.

Day 06: DA NANG, HO CHI MINH CITY

Day 07: CU CHI, HO CHI MINH CITY

• Travel outside Ho Chi Minh City to the historic Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground network originally dug by the Viet Minh and later expanded by the Viet Cong.

• Enter a widened section with your leader and learn how the tunnels contained hospitals, accommodation and schools and were used for refuge, storage and military purposes.

• Return to Ho Chi Minh City for an included Vietnamese Coffee Workshop.

• Learn about Vietnam’s coffee heritage and sustainable farming practices before preparing your own traditional Vietnamese coffee.

• Highlight: Combine an insight into Vietnam’s wartime history with a hands-on introduction to its celebrated coffee culture.

• You may choose to enjoy a final dinner with your fellow travellers at your own expense.

Day 08: HO CHI MINH CITY

• Enjoy breakfast before the organised journey comes to an end, with no further scheduled activities.

• Additional accommodation can be arranged separately if you wish to extend your stay.

• An optional Mekong Discovery experience is available for travellers with additional time.

• Highlight: Continue exploring Ho Chi Minh City independently or extend your stay in southern Vietnam.

IMPORTANT TRIP INFORMATION
